the property was in the centre of the city. there was a good restaurant, a central market and shops next door. i was given good sized and brand-new room with a lovely bed.

Excellent food for wonderful breakfast. Extremely pleasant room and modern bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Unbeatable and excellent location right to walking area. Also - close to many restaurants and stores around, Östersund, dancing argentine tango and the central square...

This place is clean and has a professional, super helpful staff. the views of the lake are really nice too! the rooms are a good size, with comfy beds, a safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. 🌅.

Bed was good, great night sleep. Lobbybaren, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Very close to Östersund train station, something around 15 minutes on foot. Private parking was provided to the guests❤

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and was impressed by the smoothly run event in state-of-the-art conference rooms that accommodated up to 140 guests. The Froson meeting room, which seated up to 14 people, was perfect for my smaller meetings. The hotel provided a seamless experience for my work needs.

I wish there was a business center or dedicated workspace available for guests to use. This would have greatly enhanced my productivity during my stay.

The location, the bar and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very professional.

I booked a deluxe room, but when I saw the room, it was a ordinary room. I thought it was ok though, so I decided to stay in the that room, and not alert the staff about the mistake. The pool was a little smaller than I expected. And what´s the deal about the two pillows in the bed? One really huge and one really small.. How about just one normal sized pillow? ;-)

Fantastic that they have the possibility to make fresh squeezed orange juice at the breakfast!

The place was spotless and had separate beds, which was great.

I liked the location, in downtown Ostersund. It was convenient to shopping walks near the water and good restaurants. I also enjoyed the swimming pool/spa area.

The receptionist at the hotel told us there would be taxi cabs waiting at the train station, but there were none. The drivers that were there, seemed to have been pre-scheduled and picking up other customers. But they didn't speak english so we had to call the hotel back and ask them to speak with one of the taxi drivers to arrange someone to pick us up.

The service was excellent, the room was modern and beautifully decorated with separate beds, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

Hotel was very well located in the centre of Ostersund, close to the shops and within walking distance of railway station. We enjoyed our stay and would recommendthe hotel to anyone.
